Wi-fi connection

All Thalys trains have wireless internet access*.  Wi-fi is free in Comfort 1 and for passengers with a Comfort 2 Semi-Flex ticket. Passengers in Comfort 2 with a different ticket type can purchase credits for internet access at the Thalys Bar.

• Reservation of the whole area (4 seats) required
• Reserve up to 2 days before departure
• For single or return journeys
• Available in Comfort 1 
• Reservations via the SNCB Europe Contact Centre only (online booking is not available).

Exchange and refund:

• Unlimited exchange before departure
• 100% refund before/up to 2 hours after departure at the departure station (50% thereafter)
• For ticket exchanges or refunds, all issued tickets must be presented.

Thalys lounges: free access

Thalys Passengers travelling in Comfort 1 have free access to the NS Hispeed lounges at Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Schiphol stations and the Thalys Store&More at Cologne station on presentation of their Comfort 1 tickets.

Travellers with Thalys TheCard can use the Thalys Lounge at Brussels-Midi or Le Salon Grand Voyageur at Paris Nord stations. The lounges offer free refreshments, a selection of newspapers and magazines, free Wi-fi, a TV media wall for news updates and meeting rooms for hire.

Thalys Fares

Thalys offers fares to suit all passengers, whether frequent travellers requiring total flexibility or families looking for the best travel prices. Seat reservations are mandatory, but fees for these reservations are automatically included in all fares.
